Uploaded files unabling me to view url

Description

When I upload files and try to view the url it states 'forbidden' I have spoken to our ftp service suppliers and there is no issue that end. When uploading through their ftp it's fine but takes ages. I would prefer to keep using cyberduck - is there a way of rectifying this it resets permissions on upload.

Check the file permissions using File → Info. Also check your settings in Preferences → Transfers → Permissions.
