The latest version of Cyberduck Version 3.0.3 (4205) fails to overwrite files (even tho it says it will).

I have to manually delete the file on the ftp server before uploading a new version.

Addendum: There is a usability issue that the user may not notice that Resume is selected from the overwrite warning dialog.
