I have a new MacBook for about a month now, but Cyberduck doesn't want to launch. The icon bounces once and the Console gives me this output:

10/12/08 19:23:05 Cyberduck[5910] Unable to find class: ch.cyberduck.ui.cocoa.CDMainApplication, exiting
10/12/08 19:23:05 com.apple.launchd[79] ([0x0-0x97097].ch.sudo.cyberduck[5910]) Exited with exit code: 1

This on a MacBook (10.5.5) with the latest Java update installed. Java 1.5.0_16 is set as my default platform.
I do not have WindowDragon installed (never had).

Comming back to this, I still have this problem with Cyberduck 3.1.
I've also tested some older versions (2.x) but they don't work either. I think this might be a Java related problem with my Mac :(

I also have this problem ... Mac OS 10.5.6 and Cyberduck 3.1.1

I think this is a different problem! It might have something to do with your Java Framework being broken I guess. Have you tried reinstalling the latest Java update (not the one from this week, but the one before that!)

Also make sure you don't have WindowDragon installed which is the second most reason Cyberduck will not start beside a broken Java installation due to broken symbolic links in the JavaVM.framework.
