Cyberduck Reports Crash Each Time Program Is Opened

Description

Each time I open Cyberduck, a message appears that says the application has recently crashed, even though the program has not crashed. If I choose "Send" or "Don't Send" the problem does not go away. This has been experienced by other users as reported on the forums. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but nothing has changed. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to correct this. Thank you
