Since the latest version, I cannot connected to my server anymore via SFTP. It literally just stopped working after the update.
Is this something to do with the 'Use Public Key Auth' being impossible to un-check?
Can you send me a link to the previous version that works?

Check your ~/.ssh/config. You have probably configured an identity file there which is read by Cyberduck.
