Files on server never overwritten #12239

If the file already exists on the server it is never overwritten
Set the preferences to "always overwrite" or "ask me" and got same result !

What is really confusing is that the directory shows the file with an updated timestamp - even with a refresh

Cross-checked with eg. NetFinder
