Mac OS X v10.5.6, tried to upgrade to Cyberduck 3.1.2 from Cyberduck 3.0.3 and the install failed, thinking I was running from a disk image.

Cyberduck does not have permission to write to the application's directory! Are you running off a disk image? If not, ask your system administrator for help.

What did I do wrong?

Copy the Cyberduck.app from the mounted disk image to your harddisk (e.g. your /Applications folder) first.
