Can you access the server using another WebDAV client? I don't see a reason why the server should answer with a 400 Bad Request. Please get in touch with GlobalScape support as well.

But Firefox will send a GET and not the PROPFIND of WebDAV, no? Can you connect using Finder.app?

Then I assume this is a server issue.
