I connect to a remote SFTP server, and click the triangles next to some folders so that my target folder is below the scroll area.

Then I drag a file from TextMate over to Cyberduck to upload, and hold the mouse near the bottom of the screen. It will scroll down, and then pop back up to the top, and repeat very quickly several times. It is difficult to successfully drop the file on the target folder.

You might want to turn off support for Spring-loaded folders.
