Did a search for this feature and couldn't find anything, so sorry if it's a duplicate.

It would be nice if Cyberduck switched back to Bookmark view when a user intentionally disconnects (e.g, click the Disconnect button, disconnects via the menu or disconnects via a keyboard shortcut). When taking any of these actions, you are implying you're done with the connection and won't need it anymore.

This is different from when a connection is lost, the server cuts the connection, or the connection goes idle. I think the current behavior works excellent for those situations.

In fe86ab8. Use defaults write ch.sudo.cyberduck browser.disconnect.showBookmarks true to enable.
