I'm trying to log onto a server hosted by Channel Advisor. The server is "ftp.channeladvisor.com" and my username is "ympix:aaron@ymimports.com." This works on other FTP software, but not on Cyberduck. Any ideas on why?

A username with a colon (:) is always split into username and password.
