Although preferences checkbox is checked (remember password after successful login and Keychain checkbox is checked, Cyberduck fails to remember the password. As some paswords are infinitely convoluted, this can be a major headache!

In #2890. Can you find any related output in the system.log (/Applications/Utilities/Console.app)?
