Cyberduck suffers timeouts when connecting to FTP servers on low-bandwith connections. Terminal FTP connects fine, but has a noticeable delay until it lists the files.

Possibly influenced by a long list of directories with multiple files and subdirectories within, which Cyberduck attempts to fetch but cannot complete in time. Thus, timeout. Cannot test with Finder's FTP as server requires login.
