d24758a created the issue

I am uploading a flash video file to my site. It is 119MB in size and cuts of half way through. When I try to resume I keep getting this message "Append/Restart not permitted, try again" I keep trying over and over again but it will not allow me to resume and disconnects immediately.

Please contact your web hosting service provider for assistance. The server does not support resume functionality.
