I am uploading a flash video file to my site. It is 119MB in size and cuts of half way through. When I try to resume I keep getting this message "Append/Restart not permitted, try again" I keep trying over and over again but it will not allow me to resume and disconnects immediately.

Cyberduck -> preferences -> connection -> Text Encoding change it to UTF-8
