When launching 3.2, a browser window opens which has the correct title (as specified in Preferences) but the displayed contents are from three levels up. When I select that bookmark from the menu, it opens properly (as it did prior to 3.2).

@dkocher commented

I suspect you also have selected Save Workspace and haven't closed the browser session before quitting Cyberduck. It therefore opens the session with the folder you last navigated.
