Only happening on several large 1G+ files in the last week. Usually if the connection breaks mid-way, I can "Resume" no problem. Now I can't resume because Cyberduck thinks the file is downloaded fully. Please advise.

I cannot replicate this in the latest snapshot build available at http://update.cyberduck.ch/nightly. Please reopen if this is still an issue for you.
