ebee02e created the issue

Upon editing a file directly from cyberduck using the editor "Espresso" a new document entitled 'Untitled' is always created behind the file being edited.

An exception to this is if an existing new document 'Untitled' is already open.

This has to be fixed in the Espresso editor.
