Whenever I download a file (via sftp) that has a naming collision with a local file, I am prompted to confirm the overwrite of the local file. If I confirm the overwrite, the local file is replaced with a zero byte file. If I then re-download the file, I don't get the confirmation prompt and the local (zero byte) file is overwritten with the correct file contents.
This happens consistently for me. Thanks.
