When I try to download lots of files - thousands small ones from FckEditor for example, and FTP server disconnects me after a while, Cyberduck starts to annoyingly display all the file names in small "download failed" - windows and filling my screen many times. I can't use other programs and even killing Cyberduck does not help. There should an option in settings that would allow me to set whether I'd like to see them or not.

Already in #2388. We should really try to push this for the upcoming 3.2.1 release.
