Since upgrading nothing works!

would hang on start up before i deleted the prefs.

now it hangs on trying to upload a file or even opening the transfer window. still the same after a reinstall

After upgrading to 3.2.1 today, Cyberduck won't even start up. It shows Application Not Responding.

Can you find any related output in the system.log (/Applications/Utilities/Console.app)? Have you tried the latest beta build from (http://update.cyberduck.ch/beta/)?
