In version 3.3a1 (5018P) I am unable to use the GUI Preferences to set cyberduck to use SCP (rather than SFTP) for file transfers.

Editing the ssh.transfer key directly in the plist file restores transfers via SCP.

FYI, my OS requires that I use this version of cyberduck.
