Downloading files from an ftp-server one by one with the SL-optimized 3.3 beta1 results in the first file being downloaded multiple times and CyberDuck prompting to overwrite the just downloaded file when you want to download another file. Even after changing the folder and selecting a new file it keeps trying to download the first file that was downloaded.
Only after a restart I can download another file.
Also the properties of the local files are not shown in the overwrite prompt.
