i queue up two uploads, second is stalled out because "max allowed connections exceeded".

probably is first never finishes. dunno what's going to happen now. infinate upload?!

The second transfer is waiting because you have configured (at the bottom right of the transfer window) to only allow one transfer. The size indication is probably wrong because it has changed since the transfer was initially started; e.g. the ZIP file archiving was not yet complete.
