613756b created the issue

It seems my Cyberduck insists I have several files of the same name in my folders each time it finds files of the same size and date.

Example:
"lib" and "bin" becomes "lib" and "lib" with odd behavior when I click either. Both have the same size and timestamp.

The same happens to regular files. If I change the content of one of the files by just a single character (and thereby also change the timestamp) they're reported by proper names.

Please try the latest nightly build or choose not to sort the files by modification date.
