c60ee55 created the issue

When you click refresh it changes to another two folders with the same names and dates. This keeps happening every time I log in or refresh my server. I had to download Fetch to see if this was true and it wasn't. I even contacted my hosting company and they only see one of each directory Please repair. Thank you.

This has been fixed in the latest nightly build http://update.cyberduck.ch/nightly/ or choose not to sort the files by modification date.
