Cyberduck fails to load

Description
I have been using cyberduck for quite a wile and it works fine. Yesterday, if failed to load putting a question mark on the icon on the toolbar. I went through all the forums and FAQ's and did everything that was suggested. I have spent hours on this. It just doesn't work
I'm using a Macbook Pro 17" with everything in it. Cost a fortune.
I did everything, checked software, java, consul, everything. Still won't work. Would hate to looks all my info.
I have donated in the past.

Download again. Copy the Cyberduck.app bundle from the mounted disk image to your /Applications folder on the harddisk. Then eject the disk image, move the disk image file to the Trash and launch & update Cyberduck from /Applications.
