Dear developers,
all FTP programs I've seen before Cyberduck allowed me to set permissions on files (chmod) not only using the tickboxes, but also by typing the numbers into a text field (e.g. 644 or 755). It's not only faster to type the numbers, but also more convenient when you follow some installation guide for a script and they tell you "Set permissions on that folder to 755".

I wouldn't want to use FTP commands such as "site chmod 755 *".

I'd be grateful if you added the missing text field for permissions.

Thank you.

A long requested feature in #11963. Will try to schedule this for 3.3.
