Cyberduck takes hours longer to upload files than any other ftp client (OS X's CLI one, or any GUI client). Any action also takes longer than it should; browsing the remote site involves long pauses before the folders are shown whereas every other client responds instantly.

This is over a 100Mbps intranet connection so there should not be any sort of network lag. It really makes Cyberduck unusable, which is unfortunate considering it is one of the better FTP clients for the Mac.
