I just started noticing this problem when I upgraded to Snow Leopard. I realize that file sizes can be slightly different on the server and on the hard disk, but Cyberduck seems to put a 100KB+ overhead on ALL files, text and binary, that are downloaded from a server. Uploading the files back to the server removes this overhead, but I cannot remove the overhead on the computer unless I open the file and re-save it using the appropriate editing program.
