With 3.3, the preference "Connect to bookmark" no longer works. The new browser window opens, displaying bookmarks but the selected bookmark no longer opens.

I cannot replicate this issue. Can you find any related output in the system.log (/Applications/Utilities/Console.app)?

Nov 15 09:20:07 DIs-MacBook Cyberduck[45293]: Can't open input server /Library/InputManagers/GrowlSafari

I notice that message appears for other applications also. FWIW, I'm running the current version of GrowlSafari (1.2) and disabling Growl has no impact on Cyberduck's behavior.
