Services that are advertised as WebDAV optionally may define a 'path' attribute which should be taken into account into the automatic bookmark list (e.g. http://:/) ... however it seems that Cyberduck ignores this optional attribute and connects only to http://:.

This has just been fixed yesterday in 4ad1695. Please try the latest nightly build.
