Running v3.3 (5500) on Mac OS X 10.6.2
When synchronizing a local and remote directory, selecting upload only, if a file exists on the remote host and not on the local, Cyberduck attempts to download it anyway. This hangs the application completely. After doing Force Quit, the FTP window and the log window remain on the screen and requires a logout to get rid of them.
As long as there is no file mismatch, Cyberduck always uploads files ok.
