I recently allowed Cyberduck to automatically update to the latest version. Upon trying to launch it, OS X gave the error "You can't open the application Cyberduck.app because it may be damaged or incomplete.". Trying the command "open /Applications/Cyberduck.app" from a terminal yielded the error "The application cannot be opened because its executable is missing.", and checking the package contents of Cyberduck.app confirmed that the MacOS folder was empty.
