specific preferences for bookmars

Description
It would be a nice idea to have preferences specific for bookmarks; i'm thinking expecially to Transfer -> Advanced, where you can set ignore files for both upload & download.

In my opinion this would make things pretty opaque apart from the big change in the codebase to be able to handle specific preferences. Please feel free to reopen the ticket and to provide a use case which cannot be covered with the current implementation.
