When I open Preferences and try to set "Nisus Writer Express" as an external editor, Cyberduck freezes with a spinning cursor and never recovers until I force quit it. Setting "Nisus Writer Pro" as an editor works. The crash is reproducible.

Both Nisus Writer Express and Nisus Writer Pro are available at www.nisus.com for tests.

Cannot replicate this. Can you find any related output in the system.log (/Applications/Utilities/Console.app)?
