Open Web URL fails #4249

Trolley created the issue

If I click "Open Web URL" on a file called file.html in /public_html/folder, I expect it to open http://www.mydomain.com/folder/file.html, but it actually takes me to http://www.mydomain.com/public_html/folder/file.html.

Please follow the instructions given for Web URL Configuration of bookmarks. You must enter /public_html as your default path for the bookmark.
