Since I moved to a server based account cyberduck crashes when trying to upload files. Specifically and consistently when I try to upload sftp. Likely it has an issue that the pathname to the users home directory which is now something like: /Network/Servers/myServer.org/Volumes/MyVolume/MyUsers/JohnDough/ . I would start to look into the .org as I have seen that this might give problems.
Using cyberduck from a local hard drive based account works fine.
MAC OSX 10.4 Cyanerduck Version 2.6 (2315)
