Dragging a file onto itself moves it to the ROOT directory instead of doing nothing

Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log into an FTP site in which you have permissions to move files around.
  1. Drag a file on the FTP site "onto itself" (i.e. barely move the mouse, as if you changed your mind or made a mistake)
  1. The file will be moved to the FTP root "/" directory (which is not obvious, and it looks at first like the file was deleted) when really Cyberduck ought to do nothing at all.
