Widget uploads not noted in Transfers window or log, gives appearance of freeze #12361

When using the Cyberduck Widget to upload files, I observed the following glitches/errors:

the files are not added to the transfer que("Transfers" window), thus disabling a user from observing progress on the upload
transfers are not noted in the "Log Drawer"
while uploading, Cyberduck becomes unresponsive and appears to "lock up" until the upload is finished

I would like to give some more comments on the issues mentioned in this ticket:

The log drawer has been removed because of implementation problems, but the transcript is shown upon an error in the alert dialog as of 2.7
As of 2.7, transfers initiated using AppleScript/Dashboard are handled by the transfer queue
As of 2.7.2 (not yet released but in the nightly builds, transfers initiated using AppleScript/Dashboard are handled in the browser session, but don't block the user interface due to Don't block user interface; perform operations in background (Multiple processes for open windows) #921.
