hi,
i am trying to synchronize my folder A (in machine 1 -running Mac Snow Leopard) with folder B (in remote machine 2, running Fedora Linux Core 10). folder A is a subset of folder B. i am using the Synchronize>Upload feature in Cyberduck v3.4.2, to do this. i only want the contents of folder A to be updated on the appropriate files of folder B. however, everytime i try this, folder B's contents are also getting mirrored into folder A.
i have explicitly chosen the 'Upload' feature, and not the 'Mirror' feature, so i am wondering how to avoid this.
i am using SCP for file transfer.
would be grateful for any help.
thanks,
bhisma
