I have read all the posts re: Ticket #3039 and am still having problems...Background info follows:
Just upgraded iMac from 2G to 3G RAM, Installed Snow Leopard 10.6, Installed Updates to 10.6.3. All 3G of RAM is recognized by the system. Old Cyberduck Icon on the Dock would not launch the App. Installed Cyberduck 3.4.2 (5902) and now it launches but transfers are very slow and sometimes CD indicates (not responding) in Force Quit window, just before it finally finishes the transfer. What used to take a few seconds is now taking about a minute. Closing the transfer dialog box after a transfer, now takes much longer than before with OSX Tiger 10.4.11. Do you have any suggestions?

Typical transfer log file is attached.
