Description
Not sure how much this overlaps with #315, but case-change-only file renaming generates the message "A file with the same name already exists. Do you want to replace the existing file?"
This is on a case-sensitive, case-preserving destination filesystem.
Case changes should be treated like other file renamings, unless I'm missing some subtlety.
