3.5 is barely usable. Uploads now hang and take minutes before they even start. Beach ball city...

I encountered the same problem the day I went to Snow Leopard.
I hoped the new version 3.5 would go faster, but miserably it didn't change anything.
It looks like drags and drops are very slow.
