Seems like there's been an increase in tickets that are actually help requests, whcih I'm sure is a drain on David's time.

My suggestion, which I've seen done on other projects, is a reminder at the top of the Create New Ticket page that tickets are for specific bugs and enhancements only, and that for help -- or if one isn't sure -- the Cocoaforge forum should be used.

(Also, on a side note, for tickets like this it would be handy to have "other" or "website" in the Component list!)

Website component added; don't know how to alter the 'New Ticket' page.

I believe the template that you need to modify is called site_newticket.cs -- its content gets displayed above the New Ticket form.
