I was searching on Google to find out how to search inside files in cyberduck and came across this ticket.
I don't know if there is another way, or another ticket on this, but the solution you offered here is really annoying if you are trying to search the contents of a folder that has hundreds/thousands of files in it. This means if I use the edit function, as described above, you have to open all the files in a folder to search for a value, which is not the best solution when there are so many files to search within.
Is there a better way to search file contents in cyberduck when you have so many files? I'm trying to search within an S3 bucket folder if it helps. I have cyberduck installed on Windows 7 laptop, but I have an umbuntu VB I can use if need be.
Use the 'Edit' feature and use your preferred text editor to do so.
