I login with the correct username and password and server. I get Login failed message. I called the hosting company and the same information works when logging into cyberduck from their computer. They issued a ticket and found nothing wrong with it. Next I called Mac Support, and they tried the same stuff and came up with the solution to contact cyberduck as the answer to this problem.
