This bug regards version 3.6, which is not in the dropdown.

I fired up Cyberduck this morning and got the prompt to update to 3.6. I got it, then went to work. I noticed some slowness. Later, I tried to view a file I was working on in my company's dev environment. I've been editing it and refreshing it for about 30 minutes. Suddenly I got a 404 in my browser. I looked at the directory in Cyberduck and the file's permissions had been reduced to 000. No read, write, or execute access. I also couldn't modify the permissions. I was, however, able to delete the file.

I'm going to delete Cyberduck and roll back to the previous version.

Do you have the option in Preferences Transfer → Permissions → Uploads → Change Permissions disabled?

Same here. Cyberduck is changing permissions to 000 when editing in files using Textmate. The "Change Permissions" options was enabled on both Downloads and Uploads. Changing this will fix the problem?

Happens upon the second save from a file edited over FTP. Can reproduce.
