Dear Sir/Madam,

I've recently upgraded to an Intel-based Mac (1.83 GHz MacBook, 1 GiB RAM), and am having problems with the Universal version of CyberDuck.

Using version 2.6 on my old PPC Mac, I can successfully log on to my FTP site. However, using the same version on my MacBook, CyberDuck logs in, but then gets stuck on the "listing directory /" stage forever, so I can not use it at all :-(

If I can assist in any way to help eliminate this bug, please let me know.

Yours faithfully,

Harry Dymond

Try to use a 'active mode' when connecting to the FTP server. (see bookmark/connection settings)
