bba36dd created the issue

It asked me if I wanted to use SSL (I think), or some other security feature.

I selected that option and thereafter Cyberduck has just slowed to a crawl. I had to download Filezilla just go get some stuff moved around.

Configure the bookmark back to FTP (File Transfer Protocol) in the bookmark protocol selection.

That's not a fix, that's an un-do. Why does Cyberduck balk at the secure FTP setting? I have made the switch back, but would like to know the source of the incompatibility. Thanks.

I suppose that is a server issue. I don't know of any issues FTP-TLS issues in Cyberduck.
